Melinda Salzer Media ManiaMelinda Salzer is Vice-President and co-owner of Advanced Information Services, Inc. a marketing consulting firm, providing marketing consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses.  Areas of expertise include marketing plan development and implementation, website content, Press Releases, market research, newsletters & brochures, Power Point presentations, and marketing workshops. Melinda also teachers business and marketing classes at several east coast colleges. Melinda is a founding member and past Charter President of the Central Jersey Chapter of NAWBO.

Ivy Charmartz Media Mania Ivy Charmartz - Executive Producer, News & Special Projects 
News 12 New Jersey

Ivy Charmatz is the Executive Producer for News and Special Projects at News 12 New Jersey. She first  joined the station in 1996, and currently oversees the station’s production of specials, including the very popular “On The Road” series and most recently, a well-received program that took a powerful and emotionally-charged look at the state’s heroin epidemic.  Ivy has also worked on nationally syndicated television programs and is an experienced Public Relations expert with an emphasis on message identification and development. In addition to winning several awards, Ivy is a 4-time New York Emmy® Award nominee and is a 2012 Gracie Award recipient.

Meg Fry is a reporter and blogger for NJBIZ in the areas of manufacturing, retail, women in business and  millennials. Since graduating from DePaul University in Chicago, Meg has spent the last five years developing a personal brand by writing for various news publications and working as an assistant, coordinator and accounting clerk in the film and television industry. She is also an award-winning filmmaker and screenwriter, and a proud alum of the Second City Training Center for Improvisation in Chicago.

He has been a professional journalist for 34 of his 50 years, mostly as a music writer interviewing the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Gregg Allman, Sheryl Crow and Jon Bon Jovi.
