Melinda also teachers business and marketing classes at several east coast colleges. Melinda is a founding member and past Charter President of the Central Jersey Chapter of NAWBO.

Ivy has also worked on nationally syndicated television programs and is an experienced Public Relations expert with an emphasis on message identification and development. In addition to winning several awards, Ivy is a 4-time New York Emmy® Award nominee and is a 2012 Gracie Award recipient.
